I think you should check the activation license status of Office 2016 Professional Plus as first. My jobs has been in the queue for over 3 months but I can't seem to get anyoneįrom Microsoft willing to look at it or even respond to the issue anymore. I have tried logging calls with Microsoft about this but the Windows department are saying it's Office issue and the Office department is saying it's an OS issue. Only constant thing in all this is that our entire fleet of Desktop and Laptop that are having issues are all HP *change antivirus and also in some instance remove antivirus completely

The only thing we can do at this stage is reboot the unit and press F8 to go into last known good configurationĪnd that will resolve the issue and everything will work properly for a while.
